It's a completely different scenario though. People do those things by choice. They are not doing it to enable them to travel or to carry out freedoms that they were born with. They don't do it as a result of mandates that prevent them from living their lives or feeding their families. | |

Not really , there are restrictions on those who get drunk or high on drugs should whoever is controlling access into pubs / clubs etc do their job, also restrictions on driving operating plant machinery or working in high risk areas. | |
