Its not only Brighton, if theres not a ban , they havent done it, check around back lanes in NPT are the same .

Not really but it’s been an issue since January.
I’m must say though, having spent last week in Swansea the condition of the roads (potholes etc.) and verges are so much better than down this end. | | | |
