Interesting comments - well relatively vs Cooper’s usual stuff - suggested to me that all he is focused on is the next 5 (unlikely 6) games & after that he is not too bothered.
*Either we exit at initial play-off stage & he’s offski or we somehow deliver a miracle & make it up & Tottenham, Palace, etc come in for him.
* I know we could still grab the safety of 7th spot but Reading look unlikely to win 3 on the spin to make that happen. | | | |

We know he's not hugely fond of admitting his own mistakes so an attempt to muddy the water before any potential exit for whatever reason was probably only to be expected. |  |
