Best decision really. No competent coach will take the job with 8 games and our squad and league position. Keep AS in until end of the season secure championship next year then look at options and Sheehan move on to better opportunities else where. Why rush and get the wrong manager for the sake of it?? | | | |

If those at the top haven't yet made their decision and have only put AS in as a stopgap then they are hardly going to find two capable coaches to work for 2 months, if they have really decided to give if to AS full stop but are not tell us cos of the cheap option outcry then they are going to look very stupid when we limp over the line on the last day of the season and AS is announced as full time boss, if he isn't and they have to start the search again cos the two we've interviewed have f'ked off then melt down will ensue.
