He can play as I understand it. But definitely not cleared, but that was earlier 👍

The FAW almost certainly do retain the registration of any player who hasn’t played or been registered in Wales before, a dual process with FIFA and the association they are playing in. Even Nelson Abbey had to get international clearance as he was crossing associations and needs to sign a new certificate before being cleared. Process for transfers is a minefield.

Maybe it’s the BH …

And of course the home office are a part of the process too. They sign everything off.

He’s definitely registered so he isn’t ineligible.

You would think it’s all done by now. The Swans surely wouldn’t sign him if they didn’t already know the score.
