There could be a new methodology of 'say' only under 24-25. Coleman and co have brought in a new recruitment team and a long term vision based on only purchasing up and coming players with a sell on aspect.
It would seem to be missing an open goal at that price but Williams knows the player and have not tendered his resignation.
