Where is our new manager? 05:53 - Dec 21 with 1769 viewsRhonddaSwans

Just wondering 🤔 sure we sacked duff?

Why wasn't a replacement lined up?

The new manger won't have a transfer window or a pre season.
(excuses for the cut backs next year in league one)

They need to realise they are toxic now. The club isn’t, but the owners are. The fans see it, other potential managers seem to.

Whoever they appoint next, they have to give him exactly what they promise him, or more. The more managers that leave with a bitter taste, the less desirable we become. We need to restore a bit of kudos.

My worry is their arrogance and incompetence will stop them doing that, yet again.

This was the only reason I didn’t want Michael Duff sacked.

The only small silver lining here is at least those who tend to think the yanks are doing a great job can see what is going on.

Angry jack we all need you're handle in our names.

Since the bro howler I haven't calmed down.

I am checking the news just waiting for our saviour.

If our caretaker beats preston and only loses by obe or two he will get the job 😡.

We are a multi million pound club.

We are being run like a league of wales club.

If we slip down the system they can pay the mens and womens team the same , will look great for diversity and woke sponcers.

One positive though 13 quid for the fa cup game (should be rolled out for the rest of the season for all games)

Are we worth £30 a pop at the moment?

We are trying to find someone stupid or desperate enough to work with the owners we have. Nathan Jones is lingering like a bad smell just in case nobody wants us.

But still a few blinded by the light , the yanks haven't kept the Club going because they love us , its much more of a case of an enterprise to make money regardless of hoe much it maybe and when there's no more to be had that's when they'll be offski , written off as a tax loss

And even then it’ll be the Trust’s fault😂

I'm one who at times have defended the owners about hiw they have run the club financially. At all these times I have stressed thr lack of attachment these owners have to the club without being a pure business venture.
This is why their approach is different, I'm not saying though I'm a great supporter of them but thanks to them I have (currently) a Championship team I can support and watch,it worries me what would happen should these owners decide to depart we could just findSCFC dissappear as the club is wound up .....what a mess we are in the so called " next level" thank you HJ et al...
The issue also is theTrust is no longer in any position to be able to pick up the pieces if it all falls apart.
These owners were hoodwinked and I fairness have tipped money into a black hole not because they live the Club but in the hope they can get us promoted and flip us.
7 years on since relegation that task is proving more and more difficult and as they try harder they are employing the wrong approach and advisors....
It's crazy that we sacked Duff without a plan though I suspect Nathan Jones was lined up...no coincidence he stepped away from the Rotherham job..but I suspect the social media discussions if his appointment might have changed Colemans mind....now other avenues appear to have been exhausted it worries me that Watsons choice ie Nath will be appointed

we were but had been hanging on just...thats why the sellouts sold when and how they did they saw thr writing on the wall.
Since they blew a great opportunity to get us back up by giving Cooper two crocked Americans instead of some real firepower which could have got us tocthe automatics.
They are jot totally ti blame for our relegation remember HJ was chairman up until he went against them regarding Dan James but the fact we are now struggling in the Championship and not pushing for promotion is their fault and fir the first time in genuinely worried we could see us drop out of this league as a result of their mismanagement.

HJ pointed out several time the ownership group was stretched financially and he ended up having to move on Shelvey to inject £15m of cash into the club. He was "spinning plates" The Trust ignored his words. A horrible misjudgement.

Cooper was given £100m of talent in Giggs White and Goykeres. Gibbs white was a "crocked Englishman" whereas Jordan Morris was a fit Yankee speedster.

Cooper did not want to sign Goykeres for £1m and sent him back prefered loaning Keinan Davis. Perhaps he was thinking short term and was not interested in the final year of his deal.

US people gave Cooper real firepower Goykeres. Cooper ignored it. The US people have just given the club Fletcher who has banged 15 goals or so in double quick time. He was ignore by Duff. These guys were not thinking a season or two ahead. Short termism is a big problem now. It is the "club culture" of excessive turbulence. ( no reliable permanent keeper for 5 seasons).

US guy blame themselves and have now put themselves in charge. I expect them to deliver. I would be shocked if Sheehan was appointed. It is not easy.

Agreed we have been on a downward spiral since they arrived. They have had several chances to rectify the situation but failed to grasp the opportunity. We now need a major clear out starting at the top and a complete rethink on the way the club is financed. Fail to do this and we are down with little prospect of coming back up. To do this the owners have to admit they are wrong and there is little chance of that.
