We seem unfit,disorganised,rigid, and uninspired .
It can change dramatically though.
We cannot play a pretty game which is why Grimes kills us .Just a shame we can’t seem to shift him out.

We are going to have to change drastically and quickly. Not so that we get promoted, or into the play-offs or top 10 but to stop being relegated.
Grimes should be benched. I’m sure he’s a lovely guy, probably brighter than the average footballer, loves his wife and children, never harms animals and probably donates to good charitable causes. But a captain he aint!!! | |

He is so overrated now,he eclipses all others ,who IMO,were overrated but not necessarily “ bad” players.
Everything starts and ends with him.
He walks most of the time.

There were two poor teams out there last night.
I lost count of the number of times that the ball was given away by both side.
Our build up was painfully slow. The ball went backwards and sideways most of the time. Back passes to the keeper all through the game.

Next appointment is crucial. Morale must be rock bottom to play with that much apathy. A decent manager and we’ll move up the league quite quickly, there are a fair few very average teams.
