Thoughts on Ogbeta & Joseph 18:55 - May 11 with 1207 viewsKeithHaynes

With Martin being told to assemble his squad from within primarily, anyone see these as useful for next season ? Both now back at Swansea, Ogbeta not allowed to feature in the play offs.

Swansea City will look to within before making Summer transfer moves 1st May 2023 11:14
The usual circulation of stories and links to players started some weeks ago, and the more financially healthy clubs are already signing those players now with a view to joining them come the start of the summer window. ( June 10th ) 2

"Ola" is exeptionally quick and physical, he could be just what we need, the only descriptor missing is, how good a player is he.

Joseph surely has to be given a go early on, he looked sharp, fairly quick and physical the few times I saw him. We need to know if he's good enough and if it were me, I'd have him on the bench and be looking to give him at least 30 mins for the first 6/7 weeks and see how he progresses.

Ogbeta too should be given a chance, if he falls short cut our losses and move him on in January.

Has played left defender and left midfield.

Boro fans love him, but that’s the same with Joseph at Oxford.

Joseph should be pushing Cullen for that place in pre-season. Joseph has had a decent season at Oxford but what he possesses is real pace and toughness to battle against opponents.
