If we all put in £2 they will have 35k.
Their fans all put in £2 yesterday and they got 16k.

Not going to make a dent on the £100 million they owe Tan or the 9% interest rate they are paying on it. Their ground is mortgaged to Tan as security.

They also still owe £15 million to Nantes as well as a signing on fee .

Poll: Sholud Wales rollout vaccination at full speed.

3 ongoing court actions anyone of which would severely dent their finances should they lose , no money coming in other than gate receipts ( the crowd on Saturday imo is indicative of their future if they can't turn it around on the pitch) and what ever Tan chips in .With no saleable assets and a fair chunk of players out of contract next year , what have we got to moan about

If they lose all 3 cases it will cost them around 40 million. Tan is subsidising them by anywhere between 2 and 3 million per month so that's at least 24 million per year they are losing.
The story on the Cardiff site seems to be that Tan is determined to cut costs and wants U23's more involved in the first team. Maybe that's why they are talking with the Man Citeh fella, because he's an U23 coach.

I'm trying hard not to gloat but if they lose any of the court cases and sell any of the first team without replacing them (Moore, Bacuna, Colwill?) they could easily be on their way down and what financial repercussions will that have? Fewer season ticket sales, fewer walk ups, less sponsorship and tv money.

Scary times at the CCS, it seems to me. Would Tan walk away?

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Doubt he would walk away completely he is owed £100 million which is secured on a ground valued at £70 million, although who would pay £70 million to buy it is questionable. Not sure what the land only value is if the stadium was knocked down for housing.

Used to get a thrown coin collection most Boxing Days in the Mid-80s when in the Grange End at Ninian Park. Made £2.62 in 1985.

Back on topic, I have a few old buckets to donate. If they put them across the 6 yard box it should improve their defence.

Max, it was a rumour on their site. Jody Morris looks to be favourite. Whoever comes in, if they think Tan is going to let them buy some talent in January, they may be bitterly disappointed!

The buckets have to be at least 6 foot three high. Oh and they have to be able to head it at least 40 yards.
Oh no, that's the players.

ITV Wales sports correspondent Beth Fisher reports that Cardiff City have had "more than 50 applicants" for the vacant managerial post already..

45 of which have been discounted due to the letters of application having an SA1 postmark and no stamp

I have heard that the CEO of Rhoose airport has asked if the new Manager can get the players to keep the ball below 100 feet when hoofing it. It's been frightening the pilots the last ten years.

The buckets may be short but will probably be better at trapping the ball and laying off a 5 yard pass!
