Swansea City getting squad players fit for first team inclusion and January transfers27th Oct 2021 09:00 It’s taken some time but at least Russell Martin has given his blessing for first team squad players to get games in the reserves for the foreseeable future. In the recent 2-0 win against Watford on Monday the process reaped immediate rewards. Russell Martin has little choice in making this decision as the players leaving in January need their match fitness, and games under their belt.0

Good read and an interesting one. It's a long term plan based behind it and a good way of building the clubs foundations up again, something that the club realised has been missing for the last 2 seasons and the only way the club can go forward with a real hope for the future.
Transition doesn't happen overnight but it's clear the club has a plan and is working on it and putting things in place to make sure it works.
