What size crowds do they get Keith?
Sold out every game, the capacity is now 25,300 and the away support is outstanding, which is unusual here. The actual match attendances disclosed though are not to be believed, it’s almost as if it’s an acceptable part of Spanish sport. Basically it’s littered with clear and obvious fraud but that’s another story.

The away end is about 1,500. High up in the stadium. Yes, there are generally problems at most games, but the police don’t mess about as anyone who has seen bother in games in Spain will know.
Local derby games v Sevilla or Malaga can be tasty. Malaga have a majority British support at away games, mostly just ex pat football fans, they don’t tend to want to mix it with the Cadiztas. They do have a bad reputation.
The usual pre match arrival of the team
This happens at most games at home
This was a friendly on a Sunday morning at Jerez. Cadiz ultras attacked the home end. They had spent the night before hiding in woods near the ground. It takes all sorts I suppose.

Bonkers mun, was in Benalmadena a few yrs ago and it kicked off in the bar areas near Lineker's Bar etc, the Police turned bloody hell talk about not taking any prisoners, steamed in like a raging Tornado, five/ten minutes later you'd swear nothing had happened.

Thanks for posting the clips Keith. I hadn't appreciated how passionate the Cadiz fans are.
I dont know why, but I always thought clubs like Madrid and Barcelona dont travel in numbers to away matches , is that correct or hearsay ?
