Well we all know that but health is devolved so Welsh labour are at fault in Wales in the last 20 years. It's a grand political failure for all of the UK.

I'm never quite sure what people mean when they say bad management in the NHS. It is one It is one monolithic megabeast though.
I always thought it a bad idea to devolve health but I can see arguments for it. Is it the assembly's fault that it is accountable for that same monolithic beast as it inherited such a money pit with the social and demographic inequalities that are inherited, especially with the amount of funding received from the central purse?
At the same time we could argue that it should be applauded as we have the same death rate as France - 1.1% even though we have had nearly 3 million more cases with a very similar population. |  |

Contrast that to this country, where our govt ignored it and went for herd immunity.The population here are not so self disciplined and responsible as the Chinese are. They whinge if they can't go for their pint or to watch their football teams.
