He is a good player and Wales Cymru usually do not have options.
Brooks however is better so is more likely to play than Tyler Roberts in my opinion. I am pleased Page has manged to get through the first round and give tournament game time to some younger players like James, Ampadu, Wilson, Neco, Brooks and Levitt. It seems to me Levitt's potential is bigger than that of Morrell. Ramsey, Allen and Bale may only have one tournament left. Rodon Mepham are only 22-23 ish .
Other young guns on the side lines include Cabango, Smith, Norrington-Davies, Colwill who are all championship players.
Vaulks deserved to go but Mourhino pointed out he would not pick fringe players who he thought might get miffed if they were not playing. Colwill for example is probably already as good as Vaulks but Colwill is estatic to be there even if he does not play. |  |

I'm pretty amazed at his inclusion to be honest. Quick yes, does plenty of running which is probably why Bielsa likes him but every time I've seen him play for Wales he's been nothing short of awful. A pretty horrendous goal scoring record for a forward too.
I would have taken someone like a Doidge, HRK or even Vokes- someone who could (to the best of their ability) replicate Moore in the system we play rather than a pace merchant- which, let's face it, we probably don't need with DJ and Bale in the side. |  | | |
