Good story: My brother was a criminal lawyer (retired). A friend rang him up..."I have been stopped by the Old Bill. I have had 2 pints...they have taken a road side breath test and they say I'm over." My brother says by law they have to give you 30 minutes grace....because potentially the beer in your mouth area might give a false reading. So his client now has 30 minutes to get off. The two cops sit in the car while he basically runs up and down the road...does press ups....anything that might alter the reading of his second breath test....It's pure comedy. But the second test comes up negative. Job done. | |
