Well we have seen it here first hand, Joe Allen was a great player for us but as it goes (with hindsight) we should never have btought him back.

Now our little cousins up the road are having the same issue, looks like Ramsey will miss the rest of the season. Joe and Ramsey btween them haven't started half the games, have they?

In football, as the evidence proves, better to be nard nosed?

I've called this out so many times
Bony re bought when crocked
Joe , injury prone and playing from memory

Ludicrous extensions for Grimes snd Naughton

Hard board we are not

We rehabilitated Placheta last season for five weeks at the close of the season.

He then left for Oxford. A deal was offered.

We would have been stuffed without Naughton this season.

… or we could have brought in a younger player for a fraction of his wages.

Like Pederson, wait that's wrong regarding the money.

Aaron Ramsey from them up the road is walking wounded , out for the season but still will pick a tidy pay cheque , his entitlement of course as a Cardiff legend .

Super John Hartson wanted to play for the Swans in his latter years .
Martinez said thanks , but no thanks to your offer but we are out of a potential deal .

Saying is never return to your former club in football , will never be the same reaction .

John never played for The Swans I know , trick question .

Naughton is not on anywhere near the wages some are stating. He’s more like in and around 6k a week. I think he’s had a good season overall for what he does.

It depends what they offer as a whole. Pros near the top be of their careers whos contracts expire don’t usually get extensions on the same terms if they are only going to be bit part players.

Naughton has done well when he’s had to fill in. It’s fairly obvious that Allen does a bit off the pitch as well. He’s been on the touchline having conversations with Sheehan during games. He must have some tactical input

Joe needs to finish off his qualifications, as it stands the info is he hasn’t. He could have a good career in coaching with his knowledge.

I'd love him to take up a coaching role at the club, but has a player I think Farther time as caught up with is body and he's to far down the line of age and injury prone.

The amount of people who have swallowed wholesale that story about players wages is beyond belief.

At one point no doubt Naughton would have been on £20k a week. Maybe more. He was a big money signing in the Premier League. Now? As you say, he's on a quarter of that. Tops.

£5k a week for a supremely fit and professional player who can, at a push, cover three positions? I'd call that a bargain. Perchy's had a bee in his bonnet about him since the day he joined though.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

It's a quiet week
I hope Kyle is worthy of your undying affection
" the amount of people " unworthy to share discourse with you on a football forum clearly irks you
You never go a week without patronising somebody on here
It's always been thus

You could just answer the question and then I'll stop asking.

Surely a gentleman as critical of our dwindling crowds as you are ventured to one of your closest games of the season?

I think we can all safely assume that the answer to the question is "No".

Can we (the Royal we, as in everyone else on this board tired of your hypocrisy) assume that you'll never pass comment on our attendances again as you couldn't be bothered to drive 30 minutes yourself?
