Ronald has gone backwards at a rate of Knots.
He needs benching to see if he can have any impact coming on late in the game.
I feel a bit for him. When he started it looked like we had a player with potential.

Ever since Russell Martin the squad has been weak in some areas and overloaded in others. We have played players out of position to flesh out the team and sometimes used the square pegs for no good reason at all. This is the end result of ideology over ruling common sense. The squad needs strengthening but it also needs rebalancing.
