Darling's marking positioning and option taking has had it's flaws since he has joined, we know he is a good player and at the moment is a first choice for the starting eleven, as for Delacroix seems as if he is a good player as well but will he or Darling be here next season so at what point do we have to change things to cover ourselves for next season.
I think we will need both Darling and Delacroix next season but is that going to happen?
Darling does need coaching to be a better player I don't think the likes of Williams or Martin have helped him. | | | |

If we are safe and not in reach off play offs we don't blood some youngsters to let them see what the standard they need to attain to be a first choice player?
Agree about playing our best players initially even to see tight games out but with games now coming in quick succession, can we risk some of our first eleven playing 90mins in each game? | | | |

Yes we play our best players every week and rotate slightly in a 2 game week. It's only a couple of games until the break and then 5 weeks until the end of the season. We need a massive clear out and restructure in the summer, build from there when the management decision has been made. | | | |
