Yes, I would be in favor of a Gary O'Neil appointment. Great article by Liam: "Go for number one, save time looking for second best".

Whoever Swans sign, the manager will need to be adept/competent in training his charges in playing multiple formations. This reliance on one formation and trying to force it on the players game after game when even they can see that it's a inferior setup from the getgo has to stop.

O'Neil doesn't have a great record at Wolves or Bournemouth. I wouldn't put him as first choice

Derby have been poor, but they’re a well supported club who this season have average 28,000 st their home games. There’s potential there.

Didn't know that O'Neil lived near Swansea.

Obviously it helped but Blackburn are an absolute shower behind the scenes.

You don't just move from a team in the play offs to a club in the bottom 3 due to location alone.
