Stopped throwing players under a bus he has now moved on to throwing the club and chairman under too AND BLOODY QUITE RIGHTLY SO. |
What I find strange, is that he has been allowed to speak in this way.
It has even been posted on the official scfc site, so the bosses he was throwing under the bus,seem to be allowing him to do it.
That says a lot to me…
Seems like he is close to them and more friendly, than a normal working relationship.
That’s not healthy and I think that is what is keeping LW in a job.
He certainly seems to think his job is safe, or he wouldn’t be slinging senior management,the recruitment team and the CEO under a vehicles.

The club delivered Wright to Fairwood to meet Williams and the team. The money was on the table.

Mate, it’s been put on their official Swansea site. They know what he’s said. It seems to me that Williams was very confident in what he was saying in the interview. Even smiling.
I don’t think Williams was worried about what may happen and it seemed like he knew he could say these things.
IMO Williams is pally pally with his seniors and it’s like a family circle/political party type vibe.

Williams knows he can say what he wants and be knows he won't get sacked.
Keeping him will get us relegated because he has lost the players.

They might be agreeing with him, but he should include himself in that conversation.
He's the manager and has presided over the depressing run we are currently on, needs a to have a good look into his mirror, its like he was accepting the performances and was waiting for new players to come in to turn things around, but who knows what he was thinking.
If we lose the next two games he has to go, Coleman is naive at best but even he can't allow the run to continue if we do lose those games. |  |

Martin always wanted 5-6 new players having spent months getting the one to be replaced into his groove.
