Potential Manager Candidates to Replace Williams 17:11 - Feb 5 with 995 viewsncswan

I think it's safe to say that Williams has lost his squad's respect. If Coleman doesn't do it now, then Swans' chances are good in going down to League One. If he does, then who should/could be hired to lead the team?

Joey Allen - Anthony Wright - Sheehan.

The team could be chalk and cheese with a change. Look at Wales under Page and Bellamy.

I believe a. Wiiliams is stunting the team and crushing individuality. Moral has degenerated as a result. Where was Joey Allen in the great dressing room bust up anyway ( if it actually happened)

We havnt become a bad team overnight.
December 26th QPR home what a performance -particularly the first half.
Things have gone dramatically wrong since then.
Another manager could get a real tune out of this bunch of players who sadly at the moment are totally devoid of confidence.

Keith, read Liam's column today. Yes, Williams may be safe for the next two games but if he doesn't get at least 3 points from these two games, then surely he should be shown the door. The player sales money that wasn't spent on anticipated Jan recruits should cover his contract. I think most of us will be surprised if Swans were to win at Ashton Gate, mainly due to Darling's absence. But, @ home v. Shef Wed is one that Swans really need to win, and should be expected to win.

well the window has slammed shut and we have what we have, the manager in not going to be moved out in the short term and wether we agree with it or disagree with it the board have made the decison and we have nosay in the matter, so its their money and in my opinion unless changes are not made BOTH on and off thefield we are going to struggle,
the players we have are the ones who will either keep us in this div or the ones to take us down, we all have opinions which i for one respect but NOW the lads pulling on the shirt NEED us with them, the coaches, all of them need to look at what we have and set up the players to at least not lose and be competative, the manager and the chairman have to sort the mess we are in or the pair of them could be moving on if the board cannot see a plan and improvement
Now i know many will disagree with me but as i said we have what we have
