Coleman - The busy fool 11:36 - Feb 4 with 1249 views | shaggyrogers | There is a solution but we know it won't be taken. Send Gude home. Save his wages, living allowance and kids schooling. Spend the savings on: A CEO, Director of football and a top commercial person. Let them run the club day to day including the removal of Williams. YOU need to act as a Chairman. In other words chair the board and be the conduit between board and CEO/ SMT. Importantly listen to them. This way you might, just might Save the club from relegation Save your investment Save what reputation you had.

These people disgust me and don't get me going about that t!@# williams.

Doesn't take long for your sycophantic views to arrive, Coleman is in way out of his depth, a director of football should have been hired months ago

Can't argue with that, way out of his depth. Has he done anything right since he arrived.
Coleman - The busy fool on 19:36 - Feb 4 with 687 views | theloneranger | There's a rumour that the person working their notice is NOT coming onto the footballing side, but just the business side. π€ That will still leave "Andy Pandy" in charge of the footballing side!! π

It's not an attack on the kids, it's an attack on the expense the club is fronting up for a person not doing a good job. I ahree with the OP but we also need to be rid of Williams, he's out of his depth. My personal opinion, let Gude go back home, find someone with experience of the English game and in the short term put Joe Allen in charge. Can it get any worse? besides, I'm sure Joe can have a chat with Curt if/when needs be.

For the short term, next three months, the only thing that could make a big difference is to replace Williams with someone who has more experience and know how at Championship level. Coleman needs to act then take good advice on Williams replacement. Then the whole footballing set up needs an overhaul, there is a couple of months to plan this if Coleman acts now.

"way out of he is depth" is a regular trope. He is smart and has a business background. No reason at all why he cannot deliver. He will make mistakes of course. Swansea need another long term man running the club for consistency. Preferably a long term manager in the Mark Robbins mould. He was not constantly looking for his next gig.

Coleman - The busy fool on 12:30 - Feb 5 with 151 views | PawelAbbott | It is pretty clear from the performances on the pitch that the players are going backwards. Any flair and skill that Ronald had has been drilled out of him. From the article about Grimes it seems that the players are reporting back that training is terrible. Coleman needs to get things together and sack Williams.

No need to bring family expenses into the forum. It is basic decency. No one knows what Gude does so I have an open mind. Someone has to be on top of PSR and all those regulations. The u21 coach always gets his team playing the right way to be Joey s number two Anthony Wright. A gust of fresh air as a spectacle at least.
