Swansea City : Luke on the brink, has he got another week ? on 08:25 - Jan 26 with 2082 views | jack247 | Could never want us to lose and next Saturday during the match, I’ll be fully behind the team and by extension the manager. Can’t help feel that if we scrape a win or a draw though, it will do more harm than good long term. Hopefully he’ll be gone by then and it won’t be an issue.

If the Wales game had been on Saturday afternoon next weekend then I think we could have seen less than 10,000 at the ground. If the weather is bad, then we still might

Coventry will sell out their allocation which will inflate the crowd

Swansea City : Luke on the brink, has he got another week ? on 09:18 - Jan 26 with 1771 views | Dr_Winston | He should have been out on his arse before the WBA game. The fact that he's still stinking the place out is a failure on club management's part. Every hour he's here is an hour wasted.

Swansea City : Luke on the brink, has he got another week ? on 10:03 - Jan 26 with 1539 views | swan65split | The longer he is here, the weaker it shows the owners , and increases the chances of relegation, and losing the fans....and fans are ££££££££. once gone, its going to take something big to get those fans back.
Swansea City : Luke on the brink, has he got another week ? on 10:07 - Jan 26 with 1510 views | vetchonian | He is a dead man walking....he has to go if he hasn't lost the players he has the fan base united against him. But changing the manager will only paper over the cracks things are now very awry at the club Here we are looking for our third manager in 18 months. Nobody at a senior level at the club with any strategic knowledge of British football A wafer thin squad earning league 1 salaries . Another January window where this is little activity and unable to get identified targets over the line. We may appoint an interim or a permanent manger but I'm sure unless there is a major overhaul we will find ourselves in a similar position in a years time.

Think not When he goes,it will be like a boil lanced.Players should feel a weight lifted . New coach should / will remove Grimes as a caotIn and deploy him,as he should and that is nowhere near the centre backs . He could play left back though . If folk see us trying to right matters, they will return and support the team Williams, like Martin has caused catastrophic damage but it can be sorted . We can do this

Swansea City : Luke on the brink, has he got another week ? on 10:34 - Jan 26 with 1344 views | builthjack | 4 or 5 players should have come in to strengthen the squad. For all Coleman’s talk, he is just a puppet? 26 days into the transfer pocket we have signed one player to cover Darlings sending off. The guy is a fraud. [Post edited 26 Jan 11:24]

My views as well. As I pointed out on another post we have hired inexperienced cheaper managers for the last several years and look where it’s got us. We have to break that cycle and for once higher someone who has a good understanding of this league and the buy in of the players who are not exactly blameless in all of this.

Absolutely spot on. Unfortunately we have a fan base who have lost sight on the bigger picture and are happy to put their eggs into one basket and just hit Luke Williams due to his links with Russell Martin. The majority of our fanbase are correctly barking but are barking blindly up the wrong tree and involving someone who we should have forgot on about a long time ago. As for Williams, looks like he is going to have another couple of weeks at least as Coleman is now going to be hitting the transfer window hard in this last week. Money in the bank, wages freed up that has also now been helped a bit with the Whittaker sell on money which is closer to 2M.

Who of those with a higher pedigree would come here, we seem even more of a basket case of a club, than we were before the take over, Coleman is coming across as clueless arse, what is really going on behind the scenes I wonder, things are obviously not right!

If the Club had any sense he shouldn't have another week , I'd like to think that since the Q WBA debacle the owners would have been ay least looking at other options if not already sounding out the availability of proven managers ( easy to say I know but all the same at least try) but somehow I don't think so , slowly slowly catchee monkey , more like just slowly slowly with no animals harmed .

Agree. There are problems throughout the club. I won’t bore you much with the Cardiff ticket fiasco last week, but I sent lots of emails, made lots of phone calls, eventually getting my Travel exemption a day or so before the game after a few heated ones. Many living in the South East, up North etc had to go to Swansea to jump on a bus just because of someone’s ego. The ticket office is now a shambles. Very short staffed and run by a polo neck wearing bloke. Shambles. [Post edited 26 Jan 11:30]

I doubt that they have been looking around if I'm honest, there's a no need to rush attitude at the club by looks of it. They seem to be fiddling whilst Rome burns or in this case its SCFC.

He built up a lot of goodwill moving those two charlatans on from the club. It’s in danger of evaporating quickly on the back of this transfer window and the ongoing Williams saga. He knows he’s going to have to do it eventually. The longer it drags on, the harder the new mans job becomes and the less attractive we’ll be to our top targets.

only if its the right man! its a sad state when long term season ticket holders dont renew, and start picking games.

My son's 50th birthday coming up so I thought I'd treat him to hospitality against Coventry Went on the official site which gives you the email to contact for the information. That was a month ago and never heard anything back, we seem to be a shambles on and off the pitch
