If we don't get rid of this fake now,we really could go down,
We need a championship manager not a leauge two
We get to the 18 box and cant find a player, or make a bit of room or get a shot off past a defender
F sick of it

We can't have an inexperienced coach with inexperienced owners . Recipe for failure

Like our owners when they appointed Martinez.

I don't think what you say is necessarily true.

Everything is poor at the moment.

People need to shake their heads if they think many if any of these players are better than middle to lower championship quality.

I’ll take middle championship quality at the moment. We need a coach to get the best out of them to achieve that though.

Wouldn't be a bad shout but similar an appointment to Duff in regards to having experience in the leagues below.

Known for playing attacking football.

Laudrup and Martinez were out of the box thinking , not the same old merry go round .

Who in our Club can and will attract or want to be a part of the rebuild .

Take a punt again with the likes of Potter . We really were forward thinking in the past .

Is Tosh still about , a rabbit out of the hat with him at the helm .

We need someone new in that has a good amount of experience rather than another novice that the players don't respect. Preferably someone who played the game at a high standard for their career.

Like who though mate.
The types you mention are either too good for us, too expensive, or Wayne Rooney/Frank Lampard types, who are arguably shite.

I haven’t got a clue who to bring in.
Chris Davies type would be my choice.
Rohl type like at Weds.

Young and fresh.

Is Schumacher still available?

We are desperate Luther ,now
I hope I’m wrong in believing relegation is the boards aim so they can cut costs even more
Inverstment,my backside
More BS
It’s a time for cool heads .

Nah,it’s time to overreact .

Why would any board plan for relegation?

Sheehan would keep us up. It’s a very low bar to set.

Longer term, it depends on the boards ambition

Does it?
Or does it depend on p&s rules?

How can the board be ambitious, if we cannot pay anything decent?

If I was the new board, I would splash all the money on a very good manager.
By far the most important cog in the system.
Not sure they are allowed though.

Javi Gracia is available and has good experience in the league.
We have done well in the past with foreign managers

I would definitely be happy with that appointment right now.

Is he available on league 1 wages, that’s what we need to find out!

He isn't working at the moment and hasn't had a club for a couple of years. Might be interested in taking the job to prove himself again and go on to bigger things.

He is someone who can play attractive passing football.
He is able to play differently depending on opposition and has proved this.

These 2 points alone, probably put him out of our price range.
It’s shocking.

We were a proud premier league club, who everyone wanted to watch.
Now we are a league one club, masquerading

Longer term I’m assuming it eases off a bit. Pedersen out of contract, Naughton and Allen probably going, Derby may well come in for Yates, Duffs payments finishing etc.

There was a difference in that Jenkins knew Martinez.
They had had previous conversations about football.
It was still a risk given Martinez 's inexperience but dont forget Martinez knew the players he would be dealing too.

Coleman doesn't seem to have it in him(and this new financial brains trust as well) Sleepwalking into league 1 with a squad who are comfortably top 10 quality. Lovely football first half only world by Gunn stopped reflecting our performance. In a lifetime of football involvement we have the very worst manager I've ever seen. He cannot motivate, he tactically clueless, he cannot adapt , he throws players under the boss and never takes any responsibility for his own shortcomings. Anyone would improve our status if we me move quickly which seems our non dynamic leadership are incapable of doing. Our dawdling into trouble is spiralling out of control. Sunday should definitely not be a day of rest for all involved!!

Use the Whittaker money to pay off LW.
Schumacher currently considering Bolton its not too late to step in.
Garcia would be ideal if we could afford him.
Could we go left field and go for an old fans favourite Giovani Savarese?
Didn't he visit us over the past year?
Either way decisive action is now needed.

In fact it was only 3 months ago that Savarese was at the stadium.

Rewind to January.
Most Swans were very happy that Coleman had secured Luke's service.

I would review Luke and Sheehan's position at the end of the season.
Our season is over (we won't go down and we will crawl to safety).

Lets remember Paul Watson's very public comments about a lack of process in recruitment when he joined. The previous ownership should have been on the front foot. And why has Watson not been replaced under the new ownership group?

We will go down we are dropping like a stone and we are conceding goals for laughs, an head in the sand attitude won't keep us in the Championship.

Do we?

Club is being run as a joke and a bunch of supporters who feel that getting rid of a manager is magically going to make things better.

PS-I am not against the manager going, I just don't see things improving with the way things are being done at the club.

That is so true daps.

For success you need the right environment...whichbis what we had 20 years ago.
Now look where we are....
As I have said earlier Williams is now a dead man walking as the fanbase wants him out...
I'm not so sure he has lost the players... in the game against Sheff Utd the players didn't look that way and yesterday individual errors led to at least 3 goals.

But look at where we are and through today various threads have revealed even more of things goings-on behind the scenes.

It seems we are.looking to cut costs this is being seen in issues in the commercial areas,we have sent 10 acadamy players out on.loan to reduce salary burden and free up capacity for incomings.

Much has been talked about the players inconsistencies and looking like they can't be bothered.
Is that because they feel they are not being paid their worth?
We have been told we are now pitching salaries at lg1 levels...so maybe some players feel undervalued...how many of us have been in a situation where we have felt we were worth more than we were paid.

It seems Coleman is trying to do all he can to stabilise our finances which inn a normal business is what a good CEO would do except its a little different in foot all and especially harder at Championship level.

I get the calls to change manager but I'm not convinced it will be the fix those calling for Williams' head will be...anyone coming in will not be entering a condusive environment.
