In what way was Corbyn robbed, thankfully the Labour Party woke up and kicked him out, or they would never got into power again

Smeared, slandered and kicked out for nothing.

Even Labour voters chose Bojo over Corbyn, that says a lot.

In more Trump news,

Trump cares about nothing unless it profits the USA and keeps his image back home on the up. He's treating politics like a business deal and shafting anyone he can for a quick buck. The USa will lose friends and allies because of him, Europe will learn to do without the USA and eventually the USa will become much less relevant because people who used to be their allies will not trust them.

And wouldn’t it be better if our prime minister cared about wether it profits the UKand keeping his image up here…rather than being a lapdog for the money?

We do.

If he was around long term, the problem is that he's not. He's around for 4 years and no more. We need to cosy up to him to a certain degree because the US is one of our few international "friends" with cash behind them and we're skint and out of the EU. We're on our own.

The next few years in politics are crucial. We could end up in world war or a more sensible middle ground after realising far left/right agenda's get you nowhere.

We need to get rid of our losers in that case.

What makes you think Trump will be gone after 4 years.
Only way for that to happen is if they kill him or slander him imo

Today it emerges France has been negotiating over rare earth's for 6 months.

Oh behave now! The USA is in more debt than the UK. Our debt to GDP is 98.5% and the USA....124% and the Congressional Budget office predicts that percentage will continue to rise.

The USA is more skint than the Uk and maybe that is why Trump has resorted to practically extorting Ukraine. Trump may only have 4 years but how do we know who is next?

AND, as I have already said, Europe (not just the EU) needs to come together.

But they still need to spend money. With Trump going tariff mad we need to make sure we get a decent deal. If the tariff's work they'll outlast him. We need to get as good a deal as we can.

I can see Charles has offered him a visit. What a coincidence.

You are aware of the hoops that need to be jumped through to amend the constitution? He’d need two thirds of both houses and at least 38 states to agree to it.

Strange how the Tate brothers have been allowed to leave Romania and fly to the USA.
When asked, Trump replied he'd never heard of the Tates or anything about their alleged crimes.

Yet their lawyer is part of Trump's administration. 🤔

Charles has offered him a visit on the request of the government. A government who when in opposition spent the last ten years calling him all sorts and vehemently trying to prevent his last visit. Now those same individuals are in the White House collectively attempting to fellate him. A Very unedifying sight.

Wonder if Sadiq khan will release a balloon again?

Due to Trumps age he probably won't be around past 4 years...but the oligarchs are in charge now, with Congress and SCOTUS compromised and possibly gelded.

Buckle up.

I thought the same….?

But maybe when you are focused on Gaza and Ukraine these 2 brothers are not worth your time.

I read - not sure if true - that these brothers are US citizens and have to return to Romania in March.

Yeah it’s pathetic.
Saw a video of starmer saying how disgusting trump is, just before watching him sitting next to him, staring into his eyes with a fake smile and girly voice, stroking his arm and fluttering his eyelids.

It's what Hitler did when he got into office. Changed the constitution and brought in enabling laws so he could have absolute power

The US president has far more powers then a UK PM does. We don't have a written constitution, but it seems our system is far superior to theirs with more safeguards

Pathetic but it seems to have worked. Trump talking about a special trade deal for UK. He has to do what he has to do as long as it works. Hold your nose and smile.

Hold your own argue and you will be told you are s disrespectful like Zelenski was when he was perfectly respectful.

Smeared and slandered eh, funny that because I don't remember him taking anybody to court for this "slander"....did anybody get taken to court?

I don't even remember him denying being a friend of Hamas, I do remember him being interviewed live and being asked to decry the IRA and him refusing.

Now Trump,....Starmer has said there is no choice between the USA or Europe, actually he called it a false choice, he's a bottler. Europe needs to stand with one voice on this.

Trump isn’t Hitler.

These references to Nazi’s is hilarious both Zelensky and Putin have employed extreme right wing mercenaries and people in the last few years. This isn’t political, right and left are finished.
