Too many mistakes week in week out atm. Questions surely need to be asked.
2-1 down and he makes no change in shape, personnel or instruction on playing quicker or forward faster. He just stood and watched the game meander to a defeat.
Constantly subs off or drops our best player Franco. Fulton/Grimes axis has never and will never work. MPH is miles off the level yet played for 90 mins again. Constantly subbing off Vipotnik on the hour mark has come back to bite us when we then have no Cf on the pitch when we need a goal.
What you’re alluding to is that he’s useless ,whixh is the case It took time for folk to see through coaches who are clueless but think it should be obvious now
A chancer who got lucky by impressing at a job interview with our fffffwit owners
Worst I’ve seen us play for a long time. Everyone is culpable for that, but especially the manager.
We are going to be rotating players the next few games and it does weaken the squad, but that’s absolutely no excuse to send them out unmotivated and not even do anything to change that at half time.
Getting beat and leaving everything out there is one thing. Playing at that level of intensity is unforgivable.

He is a developing manager who has been too loyal to player that failed last season. He goes out of his way to butter up the likes Allen, Grimes, Fulton when he should buttering up the younger prospects to put heat on them.
Time for fresh energy and drive Parker, Abdullai and Wilson.
Still no news on Cabango and Darling. Sign here or put them up for sale. A bit of shock therapy is what is needed. The whole set up looks too comfortable.

Here's a quote from an old manager of mine.
" No matter who we are playing we have to match their work rate before anything else "
On a few occasions he asked us players to repeat that phrase one by one in the changing room.

You can’t argue with that. We didn’t want it, they did.
I like Williams, but I can’t defend that. If we do look that listless in the first half, at the very least rip into them half time and send them back out firing.

We looked shapeless….no fire….no energy, nothing, just nothing. Am I the only one who thinks the players yet again do not trust the manager?

He has to go! He is clueless, on tactics, how to set his team up, substitutes, game management (he hasn’t got any) his assistants, do they any input, does he listen, Square pegs, doesn’t react to opposition changes, pointless possession mostly in our half, no pace going forwards, in general not up to Championship standards
If anyone thinks that his post-match comments last week did not affect the team and player's performances, I don't know what else will convince you that he is nowhere near good enough for the Championship. It needs brave decisions from the new owners to avoid a serious relegation battle., because that's where we are heading with LW. (I miss Michael Duff's bright smiling demeanour. LW makes me depressed before he's even opened his mouth.)
No They’d be right too. Now consider my point about the club captain questioning the ciach Grims has been and will be here far longer than the coach
The way not to do it is to sulk which is what they are doing
Biggest concern in Vigaroux
I’m no lover of Williams Low….i just feel for the paying travelling fans who watch their team make no effort if not even for personal pride. Something has to happen and decisions have to be made.
No support for Vipotnik up front , their backline were in armchairs. Too isolated no / little service from the wide areas- when the ball was fizzed in he looked dangerous. ATM he runs around on his own like a headless chicken until he's substituted . He needs someone alongside him closer to him who can pull the defence apart a little or thread the ball to him . He's too isolated in this system . Their defence played a high line because they were not being pressured meaning they were on the front foot far more than us.

I felt for them too No amount of YJB sand clapping makes it better
