If that was the case there were legal measures that could have taken there and then which lawyers can explain. Sadly for them they did not even know the views of the members at that time. K&L appear to have the Trust locked in on the recent change of ownership.

I was right and the new board came to the same conclusion. Venezuelans have allegedly voted democratically for Maduro but that does not meen it was the best option for Venezuela.
