Fans were prejudiced against Bradley. He never had a chance. I suspect some players might have been against him as well. He had Llorente and Sigurdsen.
Swansea do best when they have a strong manager who had the kudos to block club transfers. Brendan and Martinez for example. Things went wrong when the managers were steamroller to accept club players like Clement with Bony and Clucas and Monk with French Franck and Eder.
Giudoloin had the experience to navigate and got Llorente in but had to accept Fer.

Bradley had a 30 year track record of mediocrity and he was put in charge of a PL team. Hiring someone that’s been trying for 30 years and not achieved a lot is worse than taking a punt on a young manager doing well at a lower level IMO. He’s proved he can’t do it. He hasn’t been anywhere near PL level since.
Martin had a very unusual playing style which was great when it worked, but boring 90% of the time. Results wise, he was bang average. Didn’t seem it, as he was either on long losing or long winning runs, but overall he was middle of the road. Very fortunate to get a move to a bigger club. | | | |

Communication from the club has been poor in recent years (apart from Trevor Birch's tenure).
And I remember how poorly the Bob Bradley press conference was handled with Guidolin in the background. Poor planning from the club at the time. | | | |
