I think if you studied the development pathways from 8/9 year olds through to the first team squad you would realise all the rugby regions in Wales are truly regional.

In recent times,Iâve been down for the FIM Speedway GP. They construct a pretty good track where you can actually pass although they could put more shale down . Atmosphere is terrific but not a patch on the old one night Final How about this for nostalgia âŠ.just for you

We could be from anywhere. My tree goes back just over 300 years, and it was very Welsh then. But my blonde hair and good looks, I could be Scandinavian before that. Who knows.

Cardiff is not a proper capital city in the same way as say, London, Paris or Berlin are. It's a regional administrative centre. On the same basic level as Erfurt or Pamplona.
