The last game at the Swansea.Com at the end of last season was a bit feisty. This time let’s concentrate on the bleeding obvious.
Swansea City : Millwall is the catalyst for Luke Williams 24th Oct 2024 11:49 Swansea City have one point from six since their return from the international break. And with four games to go before the next one, head coach Luke Williams seems somewhat lost to explain why we have this situation.0
Swansea City v Millwall : From the other side + Swans latest25th Oct 2024 08:00 Millwall head coach, Neil Harris has acknowledged his young players are exciting him this season. Dan Kelly, Adam Mayor and Alfie Massey have all had a mention as Harris looks towards tomorrows game at the Swansea.Com (3pm)0
Swans v Lions : Team News & pre match build up 26th Oct 2024 11:12 Swansea City take on Millwall this afternoon (3pm) in the EFL Championship at the Swansea.com stadium. Head coach, Luke Williams is still determined to utilise his main squad and not bring in any player from the U21 side.0
Vigouroux error and again the Swans fail to score 26th Oct 2024 17:39 Swansea City hit five games without a goal this afternoon. Despite a plethora of chances they failed miserably in front of goal, Myles Peart-Harris and Florian Bianchini the main offenders. Lukas Jensen was the Millwall star player in goal, testament to not only how poor the Swans were but how Millwall clung on and won the game.0

Hard to take Beaten by thugs ,dubious referee and a totally inept “ coach” We are in doodoo And yes,he has to go. This wasn’t down to the owners . This was players badly coached led by an excreable captain. Grimes again the centre of it all,the possession ,the sideways passing, the walking football. Franco,in comparison is on another planet l Grimes is the one the new coach should be looking to offload
The drop is what we are facing . It’s about survival
Hear bleeding hear ! Totally agree with your thugs, $hite ref, $hite coach summing up. How didn’t he send that guy off for an obvious 2nd yellow?? We haven’t scored since The doomsday book was written, so what does our hapless manager do? Play Grimes as a wondering centre half, and play the equally hapless Harris with a million names. I must however totally disagree with “This wasn’t down to the owners” It’s fekn 100% down to them!! The amount of dead wood they have written cheques for, is unbelievable!! Plus the managerial merry go round of inept, one trick pony managers/coaches since Potter, shows their total lack of football intelligence. To be honest I’d rather we go down, they fek off, and we start again from ground zero. Much better than death by a thousand cuts.

Bang on! The board and owners have put the club in this mess. If people think the easy answer is to get rid of LW, they are mistaken. Remember several managers turned us down, word is out, we are ran by an inept group of business people with very little idea about football.
Yep, fools will get caught out eventually.

I do not want us to go down. I’d rather we be sold where we are . We need people with footballing and business nous These jerks have none . Zero. They appoint people like Martin, full of crap then Duff as an antidote then go back to Williams ,an utter irrelevance . We deserve better Really we do.
The owners didn’t sub the strikers today. Williams did. The owners didn’t instruct our captain to play centre half . A n effete defender at the best of times ,but one lauded over by our fans . That said, our fans have been conned for ten years . I don’t think a fan base has been so insulted . We have this latest clown selecting our best available line up onky to regress into walking football against a team so morose it was painful. However,Harris is a cunning bugger. Ours is a fey hap out of his depth Millwall is an appalling, racist, ratarse outfit that crippled us today by playing up to a woeful ref and got away with here points . Our coach is hapless and hopeless . The owners appointed him. Too right, they are to blame .

Peart-Harris and Bianchini need to start more, Bianchini will come he just needs the game time, thought Harris did ok needs to continue starting.
Sorry must disagree peart Harris is shockingly bad . Really starting to question lw his substitutions are baffling nil nil at home and takes off two strikers and puts a winger on. On the subject of wingers Ronald needs to try and beat a man and not fall on his arse looking for free kicks all the time! Also why does he take Franco off all the time by far our best midfielder

LW seems to panic and makes rash decisions in the heat of the moment it seems, left us without a striker for over 15 minutes at 0-0.
We're on a downward spiral and someone at the club needs to get a frigging grip.
I’m beginning to wonder whether he does it purposely. The more suspicious amongst us woukd be that he will get himself sacked. I genuinely don’t believe that but he maybe sending a message to the owners that he can’t work with the tools he’s got.

It’s madness UJ. Beyond belief Our fans are incredibly patient Too much so really Few other fans would put up with this

Ok
The Luke bashers are enjoying tonight
So experts tell us what is it you would do if you were manager to change it.....give the tools available....
I don’t think anyone’s enjoying tbh. I suppose in my innocence regarding tactics I’d just tell my players have a shot on target. As for the club….rudderless. No hope.

I really haven’t rated Vipotnik so far and he didn’t do a lot today.
But…it was the first time I really saw a positive from him. He’s not afraid to shoot and can generate good power without much backlift. From memory, a good snapshot that drew a good save in the first half and when the ball fell to him in the area second half, his first thought was to get it out from under his feet and get a shot away. Got blocked, but at least he shot instinctively.
Needs to do a lot more to involve himself in the game, not wait for service. At least his instinct is to have a crack though.

Absolutely, He has already turned us around to not losing at home all season until today, that alone must have taken a monumental effort, they need to back him January with 2/3 more quality players and we will be just fine Luke is NOT the problem Our board are clueless

This is now the poorest attacking Swansea team I have seen in a long time. I have watched Ronald go from an exciting, free running forward into a player clearly lacking confidence, shackled by the tactics employed by LW.
To suggest it is nothing to do with the manager is being incredibly generous towards him. Some might say deluded.

He puts out a decent side, they miss chance after chance, that’s not his fault though surely 🤷🏻♂️
Nobody should be calling for him to go when his players aren’t up to it.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
