U21's on 10:12 - Oct 23 with 843 views | Legend83 | But what is the point unless the system and instructions changes? You can chuck Wilson or Parker in as much as you want, if Grimes, Darling, Cabango and Tymon just continue to knock it around side to side taking 3 or 4 touches each time, then nothing will change. And Williams clearly is happy with this ponderous play - he is not bollocking them from the sidelines to move the ball quicker. He is saying we deserved a point in his post-match press. He is clearly content with how we play.

Wilson who scores a hatfull of goals for the under 21s can play wide right, bring him on when Ronald goes off and see how it goes, Parker can also play wide right and has done for us. With Eom out we are short of a wide player, Bianchini just doesn't do it for me.

U21's on 11:10 - Oct 23 with 748 views | heatwave | There seems a reluctance to give the youngsters a start. If you looked at the table as an outsider you would probably think . Mid table fairly solid. It's only when you watch us do realise how negative and poor we look. Do we try someone who bangs in goals for the u21s or do we play our top scorers who are on 2 and 1 respectively? Even the Norwich full back is our joint 2nd highest scorer. We've not scored for over SEVEN hours. I don't see how not giving them at least a go would harm our current plight.

I agree, being an old fuddy duddy, I can remember well the impact that blooding young players have had on our team notably the late great Robbie james, and shock horror the now 65 yr old Jeremy Charles!
U21's on 12:17 - Oct 23 with 648 views | Ferryjack123 | For me what makes it worse is we're playing one of Brentfords youngsters who makes absolutely no impact in any of the games he's played in.. Yes he's 22 but still a youngster.. One of ours could absolutely do no worse than Peart Harris.. I'm sorry for me he's nowhere near championship standard | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I thought Peart-Harris was much better last night playing in midfield his correct position.

Govea and Parker who are 17/18 have superceded Congreve Cotterill and Thomas who must be considered "slow burners" like Cullen and Cooper. Cooper at least seems to be kicking on establishing himself for Wales. Ben Lloyd is presumably another slow burners. Woodward and Margetson are making rapid strides. Abdullai is established and doing a sterling job being played out of position. Kyrell Wilson is coming back from injury and is rapid.

I wasn't sure about Abdullai , but could see some promise in him last night......could be a diamond when we start playing again........when!

Put Abdullai in his proper position, in the Middle with Grimes. Give a few U21's a chance including the one banging goals in. 7 hours without a goal. In Blackburn we had 2 great chances from around 10 yards and we couldn't even get them on target. Our defence won't hold up forever, there'll be bad days OR an oppo with their shooting boots on. We need to try something different so come on Williams, are you capable of changing things or are you stuck in a system and refuse to change?
