Never thought I'd hear the Dock being described a bi lingual , during its height in the 60s/70s & 80s many languages were being spoken especially at throwing out time from the Bush Inn or Flying Boat.

Hard to think of a less bilingual place ,possibly parts of Gwent valleys . It’s tokenism really Good actors but rather relentlessly down beat for me . I’ve binned it It’s no Happy Valley
