This is was gets me about Joey and Hartson. At 30 they want one lest payday Stoke and WBA then roll up at Swansea at 32 when they are well into a slide claiming Swansea was always their true love. Fans then pressurise the board and sentiment takes over from practically. [Post edited 18 Oct 10:50]

The money they offer though is mental in Saudi you can’t blame players for having their heads turned.
Also with the American league Inter Miami have pulling power with old Dai Beckham attracting top players .
It would be amazing to have Ben home think of that in the pipe line .
