Fans need to give 6ft plus centre forwards some slack. He is 3 years younger than Cullen who has been given a lot of patience and one very uninspiring loan.

I’m not writing him off. Think he needs a run of games when he’s 100% before making a judgement.
But I agree with you, we’re 9 games in and he’s shown next to nothing. A good finish against Preston and a good header against Stoke. Other than that I’m struggling to remember anything significant he’s done. | | | |

Take a full length video of him during an entire game - then sit him in front of a screen, and ask him to explain what he is doing at any one time - and then get someone to explain where he ought to be instead. He's only had five starts if you include the two League Cup fixtures, plus four appearances off the bench.
This is a young man, settling into a brand new team, new league, new city and new country. Some players adapt really well and hit the ground running, others take time. Maybe he's not suited to a lone striker role and needs a partner to play off/with???
I still think he has some significant potential, but he needs a run of 10 games to help him settle and we can then assess how good/far off he is. LW sees him in training on a daily basis and will be a better judge than me, but I don't think he's had a fair/decent run of games yet to get into any form of stride | | | |

Well this is just it. People are looking for things he hasn’t shown because we are desperate.
He may come good, but he hasn’t shown much potential yet. More worryingly, he’s knackered after half an hour, 45 minutes at best.
I’m not sure you can blame Luke Williams for this. Making roughly the same substitutions at roughly the same time every game, for shunting Abdulai out onto the wing and for players being too scared of losing possession to drive at defenders. Not for a 22 year old being that unfit though. | | | |
