And talking rugby ,do I hate these mass substitutions . Replacing a whole front row just shouldn’t happen.
The Saffas are able to benefit from this as they have more athletic front rowers whilst ours look like part timers simply looking forward to the drinking post game . It makes me seethe .

We have the choice of playing our players at a high intensity until they have to come off, or playing below their capacity against opponents who can go flat out for an hour, then be replaced by a similar quality player who can go flat out for the rest of the game.
