Foul language apologies on 00:13 - Oct 13 by Dr_Winston | Audiences need to toughen up. Although as previously intimated, swearing is best used sparingly otherwise it loses its effect. |
I object your comment that my tough as teak Mama has to listen to potty mouth protestations in her own living room. She does not like bad language. I never used in her home. Good standards moderate language engender respect and good constructive cooperative culture and society. Bellers has already got himself into problems with bullying and abuse of a young player. I do not watch violent US movies or listen to puerile rap lyrics from idolized slobs now in serious legal difficulties. Many people do and have to understand it is not the real world. In fairness lots of children attend live games, you can't shield them from bad language. But the bad language you hear now in everyday life is appalling

As soon as children put on a shirt and tie or a smart skirt and blouse or their first job interview they know they have to leave childhood behind. O Not needed for the building site jobs where bad language is the norm. The sheep slurs belong there, not in normal society. I resent Welsh and Swansea fans normalising these ethnic slurs for English morons convenience. Welsh fans sought to internationalise this slur. If anywhere is belongs in the barracks or building site not at a family football club. [Post edited 13 Oct 20:00]

I'm sure lots of kids know how to use bad language, it is a case of them being taught and know when not to use it.

It was major fail by the club basically removing the family stand from the South. The special offers for families were removed from that area and now any families remaining are spread throughout the ground. A family atmosphere is best when they are together and the language in the South was always acceptable.

I know they tried to relocate families as they grew older but the space to relocate them to was limited, that is not the case now, although some did not want to move. I don't think the view point from there is particularly good as other parts on the ground anyway. Maybe time to reinstate the family stand? | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Without a doubt. The whole idea of a family stand is families together and if adults don't want to be in that environment they sit elsewhere. Making it £50 cheaper for adults in the South is not working it's 50% empty most games. Get it back for families, as I have said the language there in past was always acceptable. Are some families put off coming because of the language when it was not an issue before when there was a designated area for families.

That is one of the points of a family stand and can you blame parents wanting to shield and give guidance to their children or would you prefer all the teachers in primary and junior schools to use the same language used amongst a couple of mates down the pub. [Post edited 13 Oct 21:36]

Foul language apologies on 21:17 - Oct 13 with 618 views | onehunglow | What oldies see as “ bad” language is normal for most kids. It’s abhorrent. Likecbeingbusedcasxa filler ,apostrophes abused unrelentingly as plurals . Foul language is different Incorrect language and verbiage is grating Let’s stop promoting fully inked arms as normal when it’s grotesque and for life

Car Radio somehow retuned to Radio 1 last night driving home from work . Listened out of curiousity to the then The Radio 1 Rap Show being broadcast on air . If ever you want to learn a foreign language or listen to a beep out machine in overdrive there is your go to Radio Station , no idea what was being spoken or played , all a noise . Some guest DJ from The Big Apple appeared on the Show plugging his tour again talking nonsense and unknown wording to me , I have heard everything I had thought . Soon got back to Classic fm asap . Chris Needs sadly missed as a brilliant presenter on the late night drive home .

Foul language apologies on 12:53 - Oct 14 with 370 views | ReslovenSwan1 | The Swansea com stadium has huge open areas when the Ospreys are playing. It is baffling to me why they did not allocate the whole of one stand to families over a long term process. £ 2 a ticket with parents free. They have to generate a younger audience and it would have taken years.

Do you actually go to the Swansea.com stadium and see the amount of empty space in the South Stand and corners in particular on football match days. We had a family stand for football and the owners decided in their wisdom to remove it. Now it's half empty and the adults sitting there are paying £50 less a season than elsewhere and that's still not enough of an incentive.

Primary things people want T a live game is entertainment ,diversion from everyday hum drum life and a little glory or joy. We’ve provided nothing like that for too long and many have not had the staying power to continue .
