You do know that that Ukrainian fighters are based in these apartments.They don't live in barracks because they would be easy targets, a bit like the IDf claim that Hamas is hiding among the population - there's irony here. However, they are not deliberately targeting civilian areas, hospital;s schools, refugee camps. they aren't preventing the pop[elation from getting food water, medicines etc or ethnic cleansing | | | |
