Then how do some people get addicted and some don't. I am happy to read the science that some people are more likely to get addicted due to genetics.

Maybe Morgan needs to alter that budget and give more money where it's really needed.
Giving an extra 1 million to the arts...why? When they say arts do they mean ballet and opera? If it's for rich peoples pastimes then make them pay more to support their fun and give public money to the places it'll do most good. | | | |

Exactly my point on another post. Possibly the AMs want the money distributed throughout the whole of Wales not Cardiff based projects. Arts specifically as an example. | | | |
