This boy can play but,for whatever reason, has not IMO maximised his potential We have driven thousands of fans away but hopefully, they will return .

Stats from the game : A completely different Swansea City on 11:01 - Sep 15 with 978 views | Dr_Winston | Watching the highlights it's pretty clear that a lot of the openings Norwich had were a result of us dicking around with the ball, so there is still plenty of work to be done. Energy levels also dropped noticeably in the second half as we seemed to revert back to a slower tempo. We're not a 90 minute team yet, which is something we've struggled to be for several years now.

He has to continue this upward trajectory.

I think we need three or four good perfomances in a row for it to be considered a trajectory. One thing that stood out yesterday was that in theory, we had a strong bench. Five or six players on it could easily be first team regulars, perhaps will be in time. LW has options, and he needs to make good use of them.

Norwich always play good attacking football and do not defend deep. It is the teams that sit back that cause problems. In that case it would need force to crack open the safe and use a beefy disrupter like Kuharevych for example. Horses for courses or pragmatism thet call it these days. [Post edited 15 Sep 13:02]

A good point about Norwich. We always have good games against them down to the fact as you say they don’t sit too deep. It’s when team Parc Ze Bus is when we get real problems😉😉

Good post, I agree. Sticking rigidly to one style of football is predictable. Sometimes you have to change it up, use the bench to change the approach. It's frustrating when changes need to be made because the plan isn't worling but the subs are just like for like.
Stats from the game : A completely different Swansea City on 14:13 - Sep 15 with 594 views | heatwave | Stats. There's only one stat that really counts. Yesterday watching Villa Everton. Villa had 86% possession and were 2-0 down. Ok they came through in the end. I'm happy to have less possession but more goals. The modern day obsession with stats on everything is bewildering. Well certainly for me it is.
