Swansea City v Wycombe Wanderers : Match day thread 20:00 - Aug 26 with 19595 views | ModeratorC | Swans with options as deadline day approaches : Wycombe latest 27th Aug 2024 08:45The Swans take on Wycombe Wanderers at the Swansea.Com on Wednesday evening with a number of players looking to make their mark on this seasons squad. Plus we take a look at the stats from previous games, and leading up to this one. That all comes from Gwyn Davies at (@GwynStato) our very own stats man on the Indy. 0 Wycombe injury crisis and Siriki Dembele latest 28th Aug 2024 09:00The Swans will face a team in Wycombe Wanderers tonight with a number of doubtful and definite players out. Wycombe have started the season with two losses and a win scoring six and conceding six. And now they have injuries in abundance. 0 Swansea City : Shocking and an embarrassment 28th Aug 2024 22:25The Swans once again ran a rudderless game that lacked any of the words that head coach, Luke Williams speaks about on a daily basis. Nothing can be learned from this game except there are now huge question marks over certain players who actually get paid to play football for Swansea City. 0

Swansea City v Wycombe Wanderers : Match day thread on 21:55 - Aug 28 with 1516 views | GVJack | That performance is not good enough by any standard. LW needs to come out, apologise and give some answers as to (a) what went wrong and (b) what he's going to do to fix it. He's taken the job, he knew what it entailed, he needs to be accountable for the teams performance and results.

Swansea City v Wycombe Wanderers : Match day thread on 21:39 - Aug 28 by theloneranger | Only a few years ago their goalscorer was playing in the "Homeless World Cup" |
Yeah and that is fantastic for him . I played in the homeless league and a few of my mates went on to play for wales. So don’t be like that mate. God alive not all of us are born with the silver spoon 😉.

Swansea City v Wycombe Wanderers : Match day thread on 21:43 - Aug 28 by AnotherJohn | A few people say we have a good first eleven but no depth in the wider squad. Sadly I haven't seen any evidence on the field of that first thing. There is very little upfront and no strength in the air in particular. Okay, the supply is not great but even when crosses come in we don't have anybody with the aerial ability to win the ball. And on the deck no shots on target against a team from a lower league. |
Tonight proves my point of us having no height outside of our back four, very little physicality in the middle of the park either, Eom looks a light weight and he like the others are gonna take time to adjust, assuming they can of course. Apparently so much work was done behind the scenes for this window yet we didn't sign players until late on in the window, meaning that they've had little time to adjust and we've had to chuck them in the deep end now! We can only play this football with a Boney or a Scotland As any physical team will low block and nudge us off the ball. The Swansea way needs to be the Swansea way 2.0 . 1/2 as Luke is playing half tippy tappy 1/2 lump it and hope.

I feel your pain. I feel another basement struggle this season even with our so called best players in the first 11 there just doesn't seem any game plan other than keep the ball whatever even at 1-0 down with 10 minutes to we still wanted to play back wards with the odd foray forward , Just not good enough but maybe some good thing was to see a lot of families down tonight with all the kids fully kitted out. The future is the kids.

I’ve a nasty feeling this game maybe the start of crowds getting less and less. It’s expensive and time consuming which those who go will forget if they are entertained. But the second half Sunday and the whole game tonight more or less is going to ward people off.
