Went to a funeral of a good friend and former colleague today, we’d known each other for well over 50 years. He was a proud Welshman and Welsh speaker and the funeral service was conducted in Welsh and English. There’s nothing like a rendering of Calon Lan sung by a Welsh choir to a packed crematorium. One of the most moving funerals I have ever attended. An excellent sportsman and massive Swans fan. Rest in peace Stuart.
