It is the Russians who have targeted civilians targets, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, housing in Ukraine. So far 11,520 Ukrainian civilians have been killed including 633 children. 23640 Ukrainians have been injured including 1551 children. Clearly Russia is targeting civilians. The Russians claims it Missiles, drones and bombings are precision weapons only targeting military targets. They are either targeting civilians or their missiles are very inaccurate.
