Swansea City & Gwangju FC agree a one million pound fee 30th Jun 2024 11:47 We have learned earlier this morning that Gwangju FC have agreed to sell Eom Ji-sung (put the Eom where you want in his name) to Swansea City. After a week of negotiations and the player very keen to move to west Wales and Championship football it seems the transfer will be announced in the coming week.1
Don’t hold your breath though, click above.

Shortened to 4 weeks because he won a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics.
Not everyone’s cup of tea but I liked him, glided across the pitch like a Mercedes, intuitive and when asked get forwards he scored goals. A great Huw signing.
I will admit he didn’t like a tackle, but the boots he wore at the time did not offer hardly any protection.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

One of the most underrated players to play for the club.
Quality player.

Agreed, but then Fabianski left as well.
Yeah, but IMO ,he didn’t down tools He could have stayed though, then he wouldn’t have had to shed those crocodile tears Our demise was unforgivable Keith
A significant factor in our ultimate relegation given his cowardly midfield displays having already agreed terms to move elsewhere.
Nowhere near as good as De Guzman who we could have signed permanently for the same price. One of the earliest examples of Jenkins sticking his oar in where it wasn't needed.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Thanks Certainly skilful but is he too lighweight
One could ask the same about the late great Leighton James. I'm not saying this guy is brilliant, he will need time to adapt to the league, but let's hope he turns out an excellent buy.

The optimist in me hopes he will be an inspired signing.
The cynic in me worries that it’s a ploy to fill seats with Korean fans, sell shirts in Asia and increase exposure to Asian markets. Bit like the Indonesian boy who has millions of fans on instagram for some reason.
