And so the PR bullshit begins.

I think I'm done with this bloke.

He just talks absolute drivel, gets his excuses in early.

That's Brighton Buddha, not Alfie House......

It feels like he is preparing himself for his end of season performance review meeting with Ankersen and Kraft, and he is giving us a sneak peek of the sort of nonsense he will be feeding them with.

We should be honoured really.

RM stated this early in the season, it’s not something he’s recently announced

I expect 2/3rds of the squad did fvck off either on loan or permanently.

Only 3 that thought they could get a better off but didn’t were probably Adam’s, Walker-Peters and Sulemana.

At least Adam’s and Walker-peters still played whilst the summer transfer window was open. Unlike Sulemana who wasn’t to be seen until September

Oh well at least he's overseen an increase in something as all of the squad will want to leave this Summer.

Only a third of the squad will be allowed to leave as RM always maintains at least 65% possession

He’s not wrong and he also now knows that several first team will be leaving this summer with no promotion.

He will have no trouble getting another job - his performance has had plenty of mistakes - yet his team has stayed with him - put in the extra effort required - and got a result.

It takes time. To build a team. To learn to be a Manager at this level and at Premier League level.

Its not just about the level of the squad nor how much money is spent. Look at Everton, Chelsea etc etc.

The best clubs give their managers time to evolve.
