Sunderland v Swansea City : Match day Michael 20:13 - Feb 19 with 14824 viewsliamW

Beale is back on his market stall and the Swans are the next visitors. The third managerial change for the Swans in a calendar year !

Swansea City : It seems everyone knows there has to be change 21st Feb 2024 08:00
It does seem like the Swans meet a team who have just sacked their manager every month. It isn’t so, but it does seem that way. Michael Beale was relieved of his duties as manager at Sunderland this week to cap what has been a pretty up and down managerial career to date. In fact he has been a manager on around eighty occasions for three different clubs ! 0

Away fans guide, Luke examined and a Liam Walsh history 23rd Feb 2024 11:26
Luke Williams was as communicative as ever in todays press conference. Updates on injuries were fairly positive as the Swans head coach also complimented ex Sunderland manager Michael Beale on his management skills. 0

There’s good news ahead for Luke Williams ? 24th Feb 2024 10:17
The Swans have ‘landed’ in the north east and this morning will make a few calls on their first eleven for today’s game against Sunderland at the Stadium Of Light. What we do know is Sunderland have a similar issue. 0

Swans gather more points on the road, but cause a few butterflies on the way 25th Feb 2024 08:00
A first half performance that any championship team would be happy with earned the Swans all three points in a game which took on another Jeckyl and Hyde feel. Two goals from Ronald secured the win in a first half that could have seen the away side score a whole load more. 0

2-0 up we are bossing the game and some are slagging our player, oh dear.

it's not slagging and do you think the manager won't be looking a performances and making decisions?

Genuine pace and alertness out wide plus Joe Allen have made a massive difference today. Grimes hasn't had a great first half, that's a reality.

Placheta needs to get his scoring head on 😂

Slagging is the most ill used word
Not sure if it’s interpretation is different down there
Every fan “ slags off “
I can only think of the likes of Finley,Matthew’s and Wright who weren’t .
Sone called Jinny Greaves lazy . He was . He was also deadly . He was also a terrible trainer too.
No manager should ever be satisfied.
The great ones were never 100 % happy.

Don't like the look of this. We never think teams will come out 2nd half with a higher tempo. Time to wake up!

I sense another nail biting finish, when this game should half been wrapped up first half.

Cabango's looked better today. Naughton looks revitalised. A few rpey passes along our back line are starting to sneak in though and Ronald is looking a bit lost now. maybe time to sub Ronald?

Looking at scores around the country, a win is a must for us today, the bottom 6 are not looking quite so vulnerable.

Why have Kuharevych on the bench when he never uses him.

Apart from the whole "remains our top scorer" thing?

Cullen contributed the square root of Porthcawl but apparently Yates is the problem.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
