We don't have enough leaders in the team. Think back to the 2010/11 promotion season - we had about 8 captains on the pitch at Wembley.
The team seemed lost at times this evening during the game especially our defence.

If Coleman has overall control - he will not have enough experience to decide what to do with Duff.
He has been chairman for six months with no other experience in English football.

Are we really spending all this money on senior management just too stay out of the bottom three. If we are not going to bring any youngsters through we need to spend every year. What kind of incentive is that for decent youngsters to join us, if they see nobody making it into the first team. |  | | |

Sell high buy cheap and hope you can repeat. Wood is the only asset of value and would have been gone in January if he wasn't injured. Clearly the summer signings have been failures apart from Key, the loans are doing well but have no value for us. Colemans chairmanship has been disastrous so far, pack him back to America and get in a DoF who knows the English game and what he is doing. Then for goodness sake listen to them or we are in deep, deep trouble. In simple language the Americans will understand, your investment is going down the plug hole, act now or your investment will self dilute. | | | |

Martin had five explosive /creative talents last season four have all gone for one reason and another and not been replaced.
Piroe, Obafemi, Ntcham, Whittaker and Patterson. All were under contract. Martin appeared to fall out with at least three of them.
Martin could only just about get to top ten with that firepower. £23m verall will come in. Duff and Watson should expect to get 50% of that money that is in the pipeline. Apparently a striker is not one of the three players required.
Lowe is gone in January., Yates is a finisher not a target man and Cullen is a trier also out of contract. Ginnelly out all season. A cash injection and new recruitment has overseen a significant loss of scoring power. From pretty potent to powerpuff. |
Yates a finisher couldn't finish a sentence, he had a couple lovely valls put into him on space last night but didn't have pace or strength get to them ,also a lovely move broke down as ball played into him in box and his control just give it away,his movement is too predictive,as I said before I got go back to Stewart Phillips to think of a worse forward we've had.. | | | |

When opposing managers laud Grinesy,they are simply laughing up their sleeves in#trucking their players to simply put him under pressure especially on his right side,then he will either pass to them,fall over or get left for dead.
