Presumably promotion to the Premier League would be one of the add ons in the Piroe deal.
Similarly in the negotiations with Southampton for a potential Wood deal.
Seems it may have been the case with the Obafemwi deal at Burnley.
Surely this is a major conflict of interest for a fellow Championship Club and only a matter of time before the EFL ban it.
Or is this already the case?
I'm confused.

The swans played Leeds or Southampton towards or at the end of the season ?

Nothing on it for the Swans but if say Leeds have to win they go up, then quite clearly there could be a conflict there. Especially if the Swans could earn a million frm their promotion. If’s and buts.

However, that would be bringing the team and a manager in to the frame, difficult to prove.
