I do believe Rhondda, Cynon Valley voted out. Not all English people who reside in Wales are Brexiteers or Tories. I would think many were working class, Labour. Sold their houses and came here to live a better life.

Trouble is you have not included any of the don't knows or unsures given those figures are usually around 20% in most polls. That means even with your figures only about 25% of those polled wanted independence.
As you know Ukgov does not take representative samples of the population let alone restrict who can take part in their polls to anyone eligible to vote. The UKgov polls you mentioned is probably not even confined to Wales.
Therefore your conclusion are pretty unsound and have little validity.
Please come back with a valid poll take with a representative sample of eligible voters in Wales.
I refer you statista.com who regularly ask voters in Wales if they would vote for independence
They hold polls every three months
June 2020 yes 25%
October 2020 yes 23%
January 2021 yes 22%
February 2021 yes 25%

Wales has had billions extra in UK government support in the last two years. Even the most bigoted anti UK idiot knowd that. The cost of furlough, vaccines and other support during covoid. Current estimates put UK support at £400 billion so Wales share if that £20 billion. I doubt if the UK were still in the EU the EU would have provided any extra funding to Wales .
