Wrexham on 20:03 - Sep 19 by Chief | The Americans themselves have publically admitted it themselves. There's a video of them saying they deliberately kept the trust in the dark. Or are you calling them liars? So again now you're going off on random tangents instead of sticking to the point regarding celebrity owners. Presumably because again it's obvious you have no leg to stand on. What's Morgan got to do with this? You couldn't possibly class him as a mainstream global celebrity could you? What on earth does Gyorkeres and Cooper have to do with this!? Are you losing the plot? Haha oh yea what an amazing initiative that is. You can't possibly compare that to the exposure Wrexham's owners are bringing. Terrible comparison. Wrexham are a conference club. Pro rata, pound for pound they've put far more in than Silverstein (who's only put a loan in so far). So they've put more in in reality too, because as far as I know they aren't charging Wrexham 5% interest. You don't anyway, you dodge most because you can't answer much when I challenge you on your numerous, spurious claims. |

That is hugely impressive considering the league they play and the number of premiership clubs close by.

Wrexham on 12:14 - Aug 27 by builthjack | Fantastic atmosphere when we beat England 4 - 1 there . Great until the England fans started ripping a wall apart and lobbing bricks. Myself and Fireboy watched Wales there a couple of years ago, full house and cracking atmosphere. |
I was there for that 4 - 1 game. Really enjoyed the documentary about Wrexham and in fairness the new owners seem passionate yet pragmatic about what they can achieve. Hope they make it back into the league this season

Just nice to be nice sometimes A great story about a club that needed a lift and some investment and now it's paying off good on them

Wrexham on 17:10 - Nov 9 with 656 views | Dr_Winston | Their biggest battle will be converting the plastics into die hards, or at least as close to that as they can. There's nearly 700,000 people in North Wales, but with Liverpool and Manchester not that far away they've always struggled to turn a catchment area into real support. The glamour and hype about the place will go a long way for the moment, but it's going to be a tough nut to crack long term.

J When on football duty, My section took charge of the North Wales buses on Priory Rd. Dozens of them from as far as Holyhead , a good 2 hrs 30. They basically passed Wrexham en route . Many fans long term and it’s family tradition for most Swansea has no competition .

Wrexham on 18:20 - Nov 9 with 600 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Wrexham were always a good footballing team in the mid 1970s and 1980s. John Neal was the manager and I recall he went to to manage Chelsea. Joey Jones Mickey Thomas also played for Chelsea. Mark Hughes was from Wrexham and also featured for Chelsea later. He passed on the baton to Brian Flynn and he carried on the tradition and spent many years in today's Championship and lost a FA cup Q-F to Chesterfield featuring Sen Dyche and Kevn Davies. The club lost their way when Flynn left for Swansea taking Trundle with him. Wrexham look a bit direct but should rediscover its possession passing mojo further up the leagues perhaps.?

we remember Toshack for the good days not the financially stricken bad days at the base of the second division. 12 seasons at Wrexham and they always tried to play football the "right way". [Post edited 9 Nov 2022 19:11]
