New poppy badge on 07:48 - Aug 28 by Chief | So what you're saying is the club should keep non footballing related gestures that you agree with, but do away with others you personally do not agree with? 'decent people' |
What I am saying is that the club should, like the rest of the country, spend a small amount of time (1 match day a year) paying respects to those of all political persuasions, all social backgrounds, all colours, all religions who put their lives on the line serving to protect our freedoms our autonomy, from those who would subjugate us… and not spend every match day disgracing themselves (and by extension, us) playing partisan politics whilst paying respects to criminal scumbags and pretending it is about ‘fighting racism’…the promotion of the idea that our society is a racist society whilst a team takes the field which is heavily laden with players of different skin colours to the average Swansea youngster who dreams of playing for this club, in front of a multi-racial crowd… has become a ludicrous lie. …but then you knew what I was saying didn’t you. I don’t find you funny, vacant maybe, not funny.

If I am ‘misinformed’ it should be easy for you to point out the inaccuracies you see in my post. Are you even capable of trying to do that? Please, educate me 😠

So I was right then. Only non footballing gestures that you personally support the club must respect. Things you personally don't, they shouldn't. Got it. "Decent people"

The fact that you have a problem with poppies but support getting on your knees for criminals proves that you are not decent. Kid yourself if you like but the majority aren’t fooled. A guide for idiots… Poppy = universal, respects all fans in the stadium, represents values that everybody in the UK should be signed up to Kneeling = partisan (supporting Marxists), supporting criminals, propagating a lie (that our society has a problem with racism) When you declare your opposition to poppies you are aligning with people like the Taliban…you know, the people who murder people due to their religion/race, the people who hate women. The money raised by poppies supports injured servicemen…you know, those people risking their lives to get a lot of people with brown skin out of Kabul right now, the nasty racists. …but as I said in my first post, I have no problem with people who disagree voicing their opinion. You can boo it at the stadium if you like. You are free to do so. You don’t agree vice versa though do you? When you sign up to the Left you are on the road to authoritarianism. History shows this.
